Two games to go in the best Premier League title race in years, and there is just a single point in it at the top. And when Manchester City hosts Leicester City on Monday night they could be playing catch up again.

If Liverpool wins in Newcastle on Saturday, Jurgen Klopp’s men will go two points clear to put the pressure back on the Sky Blues. But pressure doesn’t seem to affect this team, and when they go fox hunting they will fully expect to overcome their prey.

Not that Leicester will roll over for a minute. The Foxes have been rejuvenated under Brendan Rodgers and still have an outside chance of reaching a Europa League place. But the Sky Blues have been relentless in their pursuit of back-to-back league titles and they will be ready for the next challenge.

Sane is the rhythm man
