The question for Toronto in this one is if they have enough depth to challenge the defending champions.
Kyrie Irving is a nightmare matchup for Kyle Lowry as what we have seen in the first game, and the fact that the Cavs neutralised their offence by slowing down Lowry and DeMar DeRozan speaks volume about their team.
Toronto’s bench unit needs to step up if they want to avoid a sweep, though I don’t think that will change the course of this series with LeBron James continuously showing us why he is the King of the NBA.
Go for the Cavs -7.50 @ 1.98.
Utah Jazz @ Golden State Warriors (May 5, 10:30 GMT+8)
If the Jazz can’t beat the Warriors when they’re not playing well, how can they defeat them if they are at their best?
The Warriors were horrendous from the three-point line in Game 1, but they still managed to win and finish on 48.8 percent shooting – a proof of how strong the ‘Death Lineup’ is and how poor the Jazz were defensively in the match.
Their Friday meeting should be a lot closer with Gordon Hayward expected to take over Utah’s offence and give them a fighting chance; nonetheless, playing at Oracle Arena should keep Golden State rolling.
